Customers must upload a genuine, current appointment estimate belonging to them and must not alter documents or submit misleading vehicle information.
Submitting a request does not require either party to complete a vehicle sale. A final transaction is only formed after written acceptance and completion of required checks.
Documents are used to assess the request, prevent fraud and contact the customer. Customers confirm they have authority to share them.
